Your information, handled with care.

Who we are

Domus Design Studio designs and codes websites, apps and brand manuals. Our studio address is 7477 SW 184th Pl, Beaverton, OR 97007, United States.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, business name, project details, your answers to our questions, an optional budget and an optional WhatsApp number, plus any files you upload.

If you choose to continue with Google (or Facebook, on the project form), we receive your name and email from them.

Messages you send to Zippy, our assistant on this site.

Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your browser and IP address.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare your estimate or quote, deliver your project, and open member prices and guides for you.

If you leave a WhatsApp number, we use it to send questions and reviews about your project, Monday to Friday. We never use it for unrelated marketing.

Who helps us

We use trusted services to run the site: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (secure storage of form answers), Anthropic (Zippy's answers), Resend (email), Stripe (payments, when you pay), Google or Facebook (only if you continue with them), and Supabase also keeps your Domus account (your name, email and a securely hashed password, or your Google sign-in). Each one handles your data only to provide its service.

We never sell your information.

Cookies

We use a few small cookies and browser settings to remember your language, your light or dark theme, and your member access. We don't use advertising cookies. If we add visit statistics later, we'll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep project information while we work together and for as long as we need it for care plans, accounting and legal records. Form answers that never become a project can be deleted when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Send your request through the form at /start or by mail to our studio address, and we'll reply within 5 business days.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
